Let’s celebrate the season at this Spring flowers drawing and watercolours workshop. Inspired by the national park at our studio doorstep, this workshop will give children the opportunity to explore the medium of illustration and learn new techniques. Children will be led by demonstration and will have lots of fun in the making.

Join Me and The Moon at our seasonal pop-up art workshops at Kerry County Museum! This bank holiday weekend, we’ll be making our own St Patrick’s Day decorations ahead of our town’s big parade on Sunday.

Rolling workshops will take place from 11am – 4pm. Suitable for primary school children of all ages. Younger children are welcome to join in with the help of a parent/guardian. Parent and child workshop (no drop-offs).

Workshops are free (included in the museum admission price). Admission prices are: Adult/Senior/Student: €5.00, Child: FREE (accompanied by an adult).

This is our first pop-up at Muckross of the year and we cannot wait to kick start a very creative 2024. Inspired by Hervé Tullet's 'Field of Flowers', this workshop will celebrate the budding Spring season and inspire children to collaborate on a large mural painting together. Christmas Card Making Workshop at Bray’s Mermaid Arts Centre At this workshop we will be playing with different techniques; Printmaking, Collage, Mixed-Media. Our workshops are inclusive and process based, encouraging children to be creative and get lost in the making.

Join us at the incredible Russborough this Christmas and create a unique decoration for your home, inspired by the woodlands surrounding Russborough. You will create unique Christmas decorations for your home, combining clay and nature for an individual piece.

Children of all ages are welcome along with their parent or guardian. Pre-booking is essential and groups are kept to a maximum of 12 children and workshops will be adapted to suit the age of each child. Suitable for children aged 5+.

Join Me and The Moon at The Stable Studio, Killruddery this Halloween weekend for spooky mask-making workshops. While you're there, soak up the seasonal offerings and farm market at Killruddery.

This is a family event and parents/guardians are welcome to stay and participate. Workshops are priced at €15 per child. All welcome – you don't need to be signed up to our weekly workshops to come along. Workshops suitable for primary school children of all ages (5-12 years).

You can bring along your own photocopied image(s) and transform yourself to another world through drawing, cut and paste!

Join us at Killruddery’s end of summer garden party, ‘The Last of the Summer Fling’ - a fun-filled day in Killruddery’s 17th century heritage Gardens.

This Heritage Week, us at Kerry County Museum and explore how tools were used in the past.

You can make your own clay pieces inspired by prehistoric tools on display in the museum gallery. These mixed-media workshops are drop-in, 30-40 minutes in duration and open from 11am until 4pm. All are welcome!

'BUILD' Workshop using Makedo tools

Join Me and The Moon as we celebrate Heritage Week at our FREE pop-up art event at Muckross!

August's theme is HERITAGE WEEK and we'll be using building techniques and cardboard construction, while learning about thatched cottages. Children will have lots of fun using Makedo tools. Makedo is a series of safe cardboard construction tools purposely designed for kids to imagine and build the world they want to see.

Me and The Moon are excited to return to Mallow Arts Fest 2023! Join us at The Hibernian Hotel, where we’ll be facilitating free painting, print and clay workshops for children of all ages.

There will be a combination of drop-in painting at easels (drop-in, suitable for all ages), as well as timetabled clay and print workshops (suitable for 5–12 year olds).

Process-Art workshops will take place throughout the day at the spectacular setting of Muckross The Schoolhouse, in the heart of Killarney’s National Park.
