Camp Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for use of our website and the Terms and Conditions for booking places at our camps through our online booking.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Together with our privacy policy, they govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you have any questions about them or do not wish to accept them, please contact us before using this website.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, We/Our/Us means Art Works Studio Ltd T/A Me and The Moon. We may change these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to review these terms and conditions to ensure you are happy with any changes. Using or accessing this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website.

  1. Parents must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis.

  2. Full payment per child secures your child’s place at a camp.

  3. Sibling discounts can only be applied to bookings on a per family unit base.

  4. Member discounts only applicable for those currently signed up to our weekly workshops (at time of booking).

  5. Member discounts only applicable to Killruddery members, whose membership is valid within time of booking. Proof is required on entry to camp.

  6. We can only accept children from the age of 5 years to 12 years at our 9-1pm camp. 4 years to 7 years at our mini camps.

  7. A Parent/guardian must sign the art camp booking form and agree to terms and conditions. Payment via this website is also taken as agreement with the terms and conditions.

  8. All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the booking form.

  9. For full day camps, children must bring a packed lunch, rain gear, and sun cream each day.

  10. The hours of the camp are 9am-1:00pm each day for full day camps and 2.30-4.30pm each day for mini camps. Children will not be taken into the camp before 9am or 2.30pm and must be collected at 1pm or 4.30pm. We are not responsible for children outside of these times.

  11. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children.

  12. We reserve the right to cancel part of/or the entire program.

  13. Mobile Phones are not permitted in camp. All valuables must be left at home.

  14. Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional reasons. If you do not wish images of your child to be used by us. Please inform us using the booking form.

  15. We have permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness.

  16. Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, programme schedules and other arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.

  17. We reserve the right to remove any child that is disruptive from the camp due to misbehaviour or whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.

  18. We adhere to safety expectations and procedures.

  19. Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the booking.

Camp cancellation Policy

  1. If, in the unfortunate event that one of our camps has to be cancelled due to emergency or circumstances out of our control, we will offer placement at one of our other camps pending availability, to take place at a later date. If an alternative date does not suit you we will offer you a full refund. We will give you as much notice as possible to make alternative arrangements.

  2. If, in the unfortunate event that your child cannot attend camp due to illness, an emergency or circumstances out of your control such as an immediate family bereavement, we will offer placement at one of our other camps pending availability, to take place at a later date. If an alternative date does not suit you we will offer you a full refund. We ask that you give us at least 7 days’ notice where possible to fill the place.

  3. If, in the case that your child cannot attend camp due to circumstances within your control such as of change of mind or schedule, we cannot offer any refund and we appreciate your understanding.
